Attorney So-yun Bae Promoted to Partner

Rion appointed Attorney So-yun Bae as a partner attorney, effective July 1, 2026. Since joining Rion in 2019, Attorney Bae has handled startup advisory work and has served as Head of the Startup Center since 2022.

Attorney Bae built an advisory framework spanning from the seed stage through follow-on investment and exit, organizing it so that early-stage companies can receive the judgment they need at every growth stage from a single team. Over the past three years, the center has advised on more than 90 investment rounds.

Rion plans to continue strengthening its advisory services for growth-stage companies and to keep explaining contract structures in a way that both founders and investors can understand.
